So i took the risk and purchased an fk8 turbo outlet pipe for R&D purposes. Those of you who know our Acura Rdx turbo outlet pipe is short, a small snout. Since the Acura rdx has a short turbo outlet pipe and the rubber hose is drastically longer in comparison to the fk8/10th gen accord that dimple on the turbo outlet pipe located on the 10thgen accord and acura rdx act as a sound resonator. Changing out the RDX turbo outlet pipe for the fk8 turbo outlet pipe introduced better sound, i can’t comment on flow since the rubber hose is slightly restricted due to fitment, but perhaps more power gains once we find a hose that fits for those with the intercooler upgrade. I had no choice but to cut my own oem rdx hose to make it fit with minimal twist. Fk8 wont work, neither will the 10th gen accord hose. I already tried to believe me.
